A ten-day multi-relaxation programme in the exquisite and quite untouched natural surroundings of an island state of the continent of Africa, held in a tropical villa on private land, with a beautiful garden and a wonderful view of the Indian Ocean, and just a few metres from the warm sea and a beach with fine white sand. The villa with a large swimming pool and a meditation pavilion is located in the south of the "government" island of Mahé. The maximum number of participants - two. All those taking part are assured peace and discretion, since this is no hotel complex. A private path leads right onto the beach. SHARP BLUE FOR WOMEN
A special anti-cellulite programme for women, focusing in particular on the thighs and buttocks, with the aim of shaping the lower limbs and achieving legs of a slenderer and more elegant appearance. Maximum number of participants is four. I would again recommend the personal contact necessary for the determination of the optimal approach and achievement of the greatest individual effect. FIVE TIBETANS
Five Tibetans - a short set of exercises based on legends and called "the well of youth" throughout the world. It can be regarded as an ancient type of yoga. The exercises are performed slowly and gradually. Great emphasis is placed on breathing. Five Tibetans are exercises easier at first sight than yoga and thus accessible to people of any age, whether you begin at twenty or sixty. They take much less time than long yoga combinations and that's why they are most popular in the present fast-living times. Five Tibetans will maintain the flexibility and strength of your body, put you in good physical condition, cleanse the body and return youthful enthusiasm, positive thinking and a good mood to your life. A one-day workshop devoted to the theme “Meditation with Love.” The Power of the Heart The morning session of this intensive workshop is devoted to meditation “with love.” 1. Introduction of lecturers and participants of the workshop. 2. Short discussion about meditation – what is meditation, what can we expect from it, the history of meditation, various types of meditation and meditation techniques. The role of meditation in various religions. 3. Chakras as the energy centres of our body – basic information about chakras and their function for the human body. What is a Mantra and how is it used for working with body chakras – exercises. 4. Physical preparation for meditation. Breathing, explaining the essence of breathing and its importance for the successful release and opening of the body – exercise for full yogic breathing. Meditative positions and their meanings – practical experiments with meditative positions. Mudras and their significance. Exercise for basic Mudras. BREAK 5. Where to meditate, what is Zendo and what does it look like? Do meditators need any aids or guides? 6. Physical exercises – in yoga the asanas for opening the body, releasing the spine to enable the perfect flow of energy and better preparation for the state of meditation and deeper relaxation. On the day and during the workshop, please refrain from smoking or drinking coffee, black tea or alcohol. Herbal tea, water, fresh juices, fruit and vegetables will be available. Each participant may bring a light meal and their own beverage; loose clothing suitable for relaxation is recommended. Lecturers reserve the right to turn away those participants who appear to be under the influence of any narcotic substances and participants suffering from mental illness. Workshops are held on Saturdays or Sundays in the peaceful and undisturbed tranquility of our gardens and meditative pavilion at a villa in the Anse Soleil Valley in southern Mahe, usually once every 3 weeks. They begin at 10 a.m. and end around 6 p.m. Workshops are held in all weather conditions. They are normally given in English but may also be held in Czech or German upon prior arrangement. The price for the workshop is 980 SR per participant. 50 percent is due within 3 days of making your reservation and 50 percent at the beginning of the workshop.

A new day has dawned on us. Good morning birds. Good morning trees. Good morning sun. Good morning world. Good morning my Lord. I welcome You with happiness just as I welcome this day. Yet another day that I have been blessed with. Thank You, my Lord, for this new day, and thank You for giving me the opportunity to live it. Thank You for enabling me to look at – and see all the beauty around me, to feel the touch of the morning breeze, a light smile on my face, the rays of the sun on my skin and an eternal feeling – the very present moment – everlasting. Thank You that I am able to appreciate all this beauty, because I also know that many of us, and often I myself too, forget to look around. Everything, we can see and experience in our daily lives, we tend to take for granted. We are often not able to appreciate that which has been given to us. And thank You my Lord for helping me to realise that I can make the most of this day, in harmony with Your divine plan. So I quieten my thoughts and get in touch with my inner self. I am here on my own, calm and focused. I know my Lord that You are talking to me in a quiet voice and if I soothe my anger and remove all worldly desires and thoughts from my mind then I will be able to hear You. If I don’t only pursue riches and pleasures, I will behold the signs You are giving to me. The signs that this day will lead me to fulfil my dream, my wish, my calling. For every person on this planet has their own calling they have been given. And every person has been given a different gift. So have I been given a gift. Should I discover it then I will be able to find and understand my calling. Then I will be able to fulfil this calling of mine. Then I will be able to do YOUR will Lord. The bible says: As one body has many parts and they all have different roles, so we humans are also one body in Christ and serve one another as individuals. We all have been blessed with various gifts by the mercy of God. And because I know Your word my Lord, I know that I have been given Your gift for fulfilling my calling, from this day on I will keep in mind that all my dreams and wishes and my purpose should be in harmony with everyone and everything. For although there are many of us, we are one body and serve one another as individual parts. So as my hand does not strike my own face, so I will go through this day to fulfil my dream without harming any other person. So that I won´t induce hurt or grief. Yes, this morning is beautiful, and it doesn´t matter whether it is sunny or not. It is beautiful because I have decided so. And I have also decided that the whole day will be beautiful because I know I will be accompanied by Your love my Lord. This day I will meet people whom I meet everyday, but I will look at them with my NEW eyes – eyes of love and understanding. I will not criticise them anymore nor will I look for their faults, because I don´t know their personal stories, their suffering, worries and pain. I also have my own suffering and worries, and I am not always pleasant and helpful. I don´t show off my hurt and problems for others to see either. How then can I expect everyone else to do the same? Therefore I will not criticise anyone. Instead I will offer love and understanding to everyone I meet. I will give YOUR love Lord, which will be with me today in every step I take. And people will see it. People will notice the brightness that You Lord, through me, will spread to all corners of the Earth. Today I will be kind and conciliatory to all the people I meet. I will also put aside all envy and jealousy, because I know that envy and jealousy only hurt myself and fill my heart with anger and bitterness. Today I will wish good luck and prosperity from the bottom of my heart to all people I meet , because I know that what I give of myself will come back to me many times over. Everything that I give of myself, all that I give from my heart, will be returned to me a hundred times as much. I wish everybody good luck and prosperity, good luck and prosperity. By doing SO I open my heart to a stream of good luck and prosperity. I know my Lord that if I am suspicious and jealous, I will only receive betrayal and deception. Another day in God´s Universe has slowly come to an end. Little by little the sounds all around me are dying down, the birds have gone to sleep and the canopies of the trees have fallen calm. The night is approaching and with the night comes sleep. The night and my sleep will replace this day. As high tide follows low tide, so my chest moves up and down and my breathing in follows my breathing out, slowly and rhythmically. Just as every morning the sun rises and every evening is replaced by the moon. And just like that – in life, happy times interchange with times of sorrow. Thinking of that I am realising, that we all have been given our lives and it is our duty to experience every single moment thereof. Lord, let me be conscious of every individual moment of my life. I ask myself: Am I aware of how I have lived this day ? I will go through the entire day in my thoughts, step by step. Hour by hour. I remember the people that I met. The conversations we had. The smiles I have given to people around me. The appreciation that I expressed to others. The work I did and the food I ate. I am going through everything again in my spirit step by step. Would You be satisfied with this day of mine Lord ? And may I myself be satisfied ? Have I earned your love this day my Lord ? Or did I live this day in argument, frowning or in a hurry, without a kind word and recognition towards those people I met ? Was this day without inspiration and a sense of fulfilment, without enthusiasm and happiness? Was I bored and uninterested in everything around me? Did I live this day in harmony with YOUR plan and full of divine appreciation? And how is my life going? Am I living my life without inspiration and fulfilment, without enthusiasm and happiness, bored and uninterested in everything around me? Or am I living a life filled with love, meaningful meetings, satisfaction from the work I am doing, filled with happiness and Your blessing my Lord? Am I capable of knowing Your blessing? Am I able with Your help to identify my own strength and create the very best from my life, from every day that I live? It´s the evening. Little by little, the sounds all around me are dying down, the birds have gone to sleep and the canopies of the trees have fallen calm. A day is going to sleep, a day that I have LIVED. My Lord, I am grateful to YOU for this day and for this life that has been given to me as a gift. I am grateful for every minute that enables me to see the beauty around me, to hear the birds singing or to listen to the music, for every hour that I spend talking to my friends. I am grateful for the love I am given, even if I am not always able to recognise it. And finally my Lord, I am grateful for YOUR love and YOUR protection, which is with me in every step I take. Thank You for helping me to realise that I should not complain about what I don´t have in my life, but that I should be thankful for all the blessings I have been given. That I shouldn´t go in pursuit of what talents or opportunities my neighbour has, and instead should think of what talents and opportunities I have myself. That I should think about whether I manage to use all of my blessings. You enable me to see what is important and what is not. And because the path to You is the path of love , I will now fill my heart with love and forgiveness. Every breath I take now fills my heart with love. I can feel my Lord, how Your grace and peace is gradually filling my entire body. I can feel peace in my heart. Peace and tranquillity are spreading everywhere. Peace and tranquillity are gradually flowing all the way to my fingertips and I am now sending my love to my friends, my family, and to all the people who I meet every day. I am breathing deeply and I feel, my Lord, that You are here with me, You permeate my entire body and help me to forgive all who have ever hurt me. My body is letting go of all the hurtful memories. I am forgiving those who have ever hurt me and I am sending them my understanding, empathy and love. My Lord, with every breath I take I realise Your presence in my body. Every time I breathe out, some of that bitterness that I hide inside myself leaves. I feel anger, arrogance, envy and jealousy leaving my body. All this is leaving me slowly until I feel a perfect peace. Peace and tranquillity have now filled my entire body, the healing power of God´s love is streaming throughout. Love and light, and peace and tranquillity are permeating my body, mind and soul. I know that whenever and wherever I go I am in safety because You my Lord, You are always with me. You are HERE with me, You LOVE me and FORGIVE my sins and trespasses, You LEAD me through my life and You HELP me. I know that at the most difficult times in my life it is YOU who carries me on Your shoulders. Lord You are my saviour. May this night be blessed by You Lord. May all the sleeping creatures be blessed by You. May my sleep tonight be blessed by You.
